I have one of these auto refilling. I had an error sign with low pressure of O.5 flashing on the boiler dial. As it should be automatically topped up following a radiator release of air, i had to call out the engineer to top up and get the boiler pressure to about 1.5. He told me that when the pressure is very low the automatic top up stops working as a safety precaution to prevent an overflow. This then becomes a fault which only an engineer can put right, as you do not have any lever to add water to the system.

My boiler doesn’t appear to have the internal filling tube and nor does it have the external filling hose that I can see? Will that hose be attached to the boiler or pipes running into to the boiler?

My key was getting harder and harder to insert and remove, so much so I thought I would break something. A bit of Fairy Liquid on the 2 black O rings completely solved this problem. I thought of leaving the key in, but then the bottom cover won't go back on, and any slight drips form the boiler will go on my towels. Otherwise leave the key in, turned to the left , the unlocked padlock symbol.

What about too high pressure ?

I had to reset my TRV's multiple times to install them. What I didn't realise is that resetting them seems to be "factory reset". So when I bought the TRV's they had firmware version were all 1.81. They are all now 1.60 and I have received no updates for them in over a year. Why?
